 On March 24, students from across California gathered in Sacramento for Catholic Youth Advocacy Day, including nine from the Diocese of San Bernardino. 

 The students lobbied their local representatives on seven legislative bills that the Bishops of California have decided to support. 

 Team to beat. Juggernaut. Dynasty.

 With its third straight win in the Diocese of San Bernardino Junior High Academic Decathlon last month, these are the kinds of words that can be applied to the St. Hyacinth Academy Eagles in this annual competition. 

PERRIS—Every year St. James Catholic School participates in the Knights of Columbus Basketball Free Throw Contest. First, students have the opportunity to participate at the Council Level (Council 9986 for St. James).

CORONA—Corona Mayor Eugene Montanez began his State of the City address on March 12 recalling a conversation he had with a student from St. Edward School a few years ago. 

Who says Report Card Day can’t be fun? On February 27, Report Card Day at Our Lady of the Assumption School, the school staged their annual Jog-A-Thon.

 I approach each school day reciting this quote. As a teacher, I am blessed to work with bright, eager young people. With this blessing comes the huge responsibility of helping every child reach their full potential, spiritually and academically.
